What's inside the Unicorn Dream Box?
Unicorn Dream Box is a subscription box service that is delivered to your door every month. Inside the box you'll find up to 10 unicorn-themed items such as plushies, fashion accessories, coloring books, stickers, jewelry, and unicorn collectibles you can't get anywhere else!

What is the difference between the Monthly and Prepaid plans?
We offer four different plans to make it easier for you to get your Unicorn goodies.
All plans are set to auto-renew, so you will never miss a box.
Monthly Plan = costs $39.95 (plus shipping), you will be billed every month around the sign up date.
3 month prepay plan costs $39.00 per box (plus shipping), you will be billed for all 3 boxes at signup.
6 month prepay plan costs $38.00 per box (plus shipping), you will be billed for all 6 boxes at signup.
Annual Plan costs $36.00 per box (plus shipping), you will be billed for all 12 boxes at signup.
If you choose to sign up for the Annual Plan, you’ll save almost $4.00 per box!

When will the Unicorn Dream Box ship?
Your first Unicorn Dream Box ships within 1 day.
Subsequent boxes arrive between the 26th - 30th of each month. If there are any changes to this schedule, we will inform you via email.

How much does shipping cost?
Our boxes will ship anywhere in the Contiguous United States for a flat rate of $8.95.

Once my box ships, how long will it take to arrive?
If you are a subscriber located in the United States, you will receive a shipping notification. Boxes usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

When will I be billed for a recurring subscription?
At signup, you will be charged $39.95 (plus shipping) for the Monthly plan. If you subscribe to the prepay plans, the total amount (plus shipping) will be charged at the time of purchase. All plans are set to auto-renew once your initial plan has ended.

If I subscribed to the prepaid plans, do I automatically get renewed?
Yes, you will automatically be renewed for the original plan you purchased.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re so sorry to see you go! Log in or click on the My Account > then Manage Subscriptions > Click Edit on the plan you want to cancel > Then, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on Cancel Subscription. This does not mean your current order is canceled. Your account is now inactive, so you will not be renewed for future boxes in your subscription. If you would like for your current box order to be officially canceled, please email hello@unicorndreambox.com
What's your refund policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your Unicorn Dream Box, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date

How can I access my account?
An order confirmation email is sent after checkout with a direct link to your account.
Once you're set up you are able to update shipping addresses, emails and credit card information.

How do I send it as a gift?
At check out simply input the receiver's address into the shipping address. Wa-la! You are about to make someone very happy. In the notes section at check out, make sure to include a note to the recipient so they know who sent them the gift!
